Delta-T Group was established in 1989 by Joanne McAndrews, who worked for many years in the healthcare field. She became aware of the need in her field to help facilities attract and identify the services of high quality professionals needed to deliver services to patients and consumers. She opened her one-person agency to address this need within the professional community. Her agency started by connecting local hospitals and healthcare facilities with professionals in the pharmacy and substance abuse fields.
Soon, Delta-T expanded to support social services, behavioral healthcare and IDD residential facilities. They then broadened to include K-12 school systems and education settings. We are proud to be a driving force in maintaining quality contracted professionals for the sectors we serve.
Delta-T Group is now a two-generation, family-owned and operated organization. The McAndrews family along with a team of talented executives and staff personnel support the ongoing efforts to remain a reputable leader in the industry.
After more than twenty-five (25) years, Delta-T Group now services clients nationwide with established affiliate offices in 11 states. We arrange services, staffing and workforce solutions for small and large social and human service organization; all levels of state and local government agencies (aging, family, children services); behavioral health agencies; children’s and adult IDD population residential populations; as well as, public and charter schools.
While the company evolves to meet the challenges of tomorrow’s workforce, the lessons and fundamentals set by Joanne McAndrews continue to inspire every new path forged.
