Overview: At Delta-T We Understand Special Education Children
Delta-T Group’s Education Division specializes only in Special Education. We understand that special education in today’s’ schools is about creating a positive impact on exceptional lives through collaboration and inclusion.
Our School Based Staffing Program was designed to relieve school districts of the administrative burden involved with filling support vacancies needs for special needs children integrated in an inclusive classroom model and in special education settings. Administrators are faced with the challenge of having to respond to special needs children without notice and without access to necessary resources. Our services seek to provide you interim respite and long-term solutions through a partnership in which we can:
- manage compensation and benefits,
- facilitate the completion of reimbursement documentation and
- administer the necessary support workforce.
Delta-T Group is an experienced provider to school districts. Our philosophy is that collaboration is a prerequisite to inclusion. For more than 15 years, we have understood how valuable providing consistent, quality service is to both the development of a high caliber special education program and to the program’s impact on the students it serves.
Through state and federal mandates, school districts, Intermediate Units, private schools, charter schools and specialty service learning centers are often compelled to find resources/personnel solutions that meet the requirements of IEP’s and 504’s. Schools and districts are often seeking the correct match of a professional for a child with very specific needs to satisfy their personal learning plan.

- Outstanding Quality Assurance (Credentialing) – by selecting Delta-T as a preferred vendor you will have assurances that all staffed personnel are fully credentialed (and re-credentialed as needed), verification of appropriate degree, license, training (CPR, First Aid, etc.) and orientations as required. Our Quality Assurance (QA) team is well known in the industry, consistently praised by clients and considered a key competitive advantage of Delta-T. The QA team works actively to manage the risk of DTG and that directly benefits the School District in a preferred vendor relationship.
- 24/7 On-Call Access- in addition to having access to full-time education staffing experts at Delta-T during regular business hours, you will also be able to contact a live full-time staffing professional after regular business hours on weekdays and all weekends as staffing needs arise. This On-Call Service is there to ensure that there are no interruptions in service to our clients and would be provided to you as part of our relationship.
- Customer Service We work closely with you to create a customer service plan that meets your unique needs. The development process of the comprehensive plan affords both the district and Delta-T Group the ability to foster a partnership that withstands the ever-changing requirements of the district or school. We address current vacancies and develop immediate staffing solution plans for those positions. Delta-T Group will also work with the school or district to develop a comprehensive plan projecting needs and working collaboratively to design an on-going recruitment strategy.
Value-Added Services Included in Our Commitment to Create Positive Outcomes
- Creating and Implementing Standardized Policies for Interim Help, Delta-T will assist you in developing standardized policies and procedures relevant to the use of interim help. These Policies will include the situations during which the use of interim help can be utilized. The policies and procedures will include the implementation, duration and number of hours of each instance.
- NCLB Certifications - For schools receiving Title I funds, Delta-T will refer only professionals that possess the necessary certifications ensuring compliance with NCLB requirements.
- Paperwork Administration - Delta-T is able to provide a dedicated administrative resource to collect, process, and administer billing for support services rendered by personnel. Including, the verification of appropriate recording of the amount of services a student receives.
- Accutrace – Background Screening Services Affiliated Company Delta-T. In operating a credentialing and pre-employment screening service for over 15 years, Delta-T is intimately familiar with regulations regarding background checks for school related personnel. We offer comprehensive services that will save your HR department time and money in ensuring that the professionals working within the school system meet regulatory requirements.
- Training Support - Over the years, Delta-T through its relationships with experts in all phases in the fields of Human Services has been able to provide professionals who can develop training programs and provide training to meet the specific needs of each client and/or geographical area. Professionals with expertise in the specific area of concern are utilized to provide the training and educational programs necessary to meet the clients needs.
- Least Restrictive Environment Monitoring - Delta-T will meet with you to review your services and supports to special education students to create and implement plans to ensure your compliance with the applicable mandates.
