Skills Required:
Requirements:

· 2+ years solid work experience (must be able to provide 2-3 professional references).
· 60 credits hours plus or Para Pro certified
· Paid, Volunteer, OR personal experience working with special needs children or adults.
· Currently hold or be able to obtain a clean fingerprint clearance card.
· CPR/First Aid preferred or be able to obtain within two weeks.
· Drug screening or additional background check may be required
· Love working with children of all ages and abilities.

Urgent need for Special Education Para Professionals

We are currently looking for Special Education Para Professionals for several school districts throughout the valley. If you have the desire to have a positive influence on the lives of special needs children then we want to hear from you. The Para's role is to provide assistance to the teacher and aid in facilitating learning by working closely with students. This may involve monitoring their behavior, participating in learning activities, participating in games, accompanying students on activities, attending to basic needs, documenting activities for Medicaid reimbursement, etc. These are elementary school positions so hour vary, but are approximately 8am to 3pm Mon-Fri.
