.Qualifications:Education Requirement Master's in Behavioral Health FieldExperience: 1-2 years experience working with consumers with serious mental illness, preferable in a community support environment. Experience with the integrated treatment of co-occurring mental health and substance use disorders is required. Valid NJ driver's license for use of Company VehicleEquipment Use:Computer, copier facsimile.

Job Description: looking for a Bi-Lingual Therapist. Perm pay based on experience. Duties and Responsibilities Providing crisis mitigation intervention so Working with individuals in developing crisis plans or Psychiatric Advance Directives Completing a comprehensive assessment.o Engaging the consumer in developing their recovery plan.o Providing individual and family therapy and supportive counseling.o Encouraging and facilitating family involvement, including linkage with Intensive Family Support Services.o Initiating linkage or re-connection with clinical serviceso Providing interventions to stabilize the community living situation o Assessing the need for respite services.o Engaging the consumer in developing initiating their transition plan from the Early Interventions Service to clinical and community supports
