Job Description:
LCADC/CADC Licensed/Certified Alcohol & Drug Counselor

Primary Duties: Provides Chemical dependency treatment counseling and family education and therapy services to patients and families. This includes direct clinical care to adolescents and families to address interpersonal, chemical dependency and family systems issues that cause emotional distress. The modalities include: group therapy, family therapy, individual therapy, case management, assessments, education, addictions and psycho education, discharge planning and coordinating with community, government and mental health agencies to obtain aftercare services necessary to reduce and prevent relapse.. May provide care to chemically dependent and non-chemically dependent adolescent patients and families as assigned.
