Skills Required:
Requirements:
- Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant Certificate
- CPR and First Aid Certified
- 1yr experience in acute care, extended care, rehabilitation,
mental health or outpatient
- Physical, TB, background check
-Valid CA Driver's License and Reliable Transportation required

Location: Long Beach, CA

Job Description:
Assists OT in assessing client needs, determining therapeutic goals, planning and implementing treatment activities.

Assist in developing recommendations for occupational therapy service procedures and protocols.

Plan, schedule, implement, and evaluate appropriate occupational therapy programs, monitor consumer progress, and evaluate plan on regular basis in conjunction with OT.

Evaluate need for and provide training to staff as appropriate for use of adaptive equipment to meet occupational therapy needs.

Maintain accurate records and assist in providing reports for use in ID team meetings, and attends ID team meeting when appropriate

Complete support staff duties as assigned.
